Kneeling Ritual: The Position of Prayer
Get down. Lower. There.
Doesn’t that feel more natural? Standing up, walking around like you have somewhere important to be… itโs all just an act. But when you are on your knees, looking up, you are finally in your correct alignment.
“Kneeling Ritual” is the foundation of all training. It teaches you stillness. It teaches you endurance. And most importantly, it physically lowers your status. You cannot look down on anyone from down there. You can only look up, worship, and wait.

๐ง The Psychology: Meditation in Pain
Kneeling is active submission. It requires effort to maintain. After five minutes, itโs annoying. After ten, it aches. After twenty, it burns.
That burn is where the magic happens. When your knees start to scream, your brain tries to escape. That is why I give you affirmations. By forcing you to speak while you are in pain, I am bypassing your conscious mind and rewriting your subconscious. You stop thinking about the pain and start clinging to the words.
You become a monk of submission, chanting your own degradation until it becomes your only truth.
๐ The Task: The “Hard Floor” Protocol
Find a spot on the floor. If you have a plush carpet, move. I want wood, tile, or linoleum. You don’t get a cushion. Cushions are for guests; floors are for sissies.
The Stance:
- Knees together.
- Back straight (posture!).
- Hands clasped behind your back (prisoner style) or clasped in front of your chest (prayer style).
The Mantra: You will kneel for 20 minutes. Every 60 seconds, you will recite the following set of affirmations out loud, clearly and without rushing:
- “My place is on the floor.”
- “My will is not my own.”
- “I am happiest when I am helpless.”
- “Pain is a privilege I accept for Mistress.”
The Rule: If you shift your weight, wiggle to relieve the pressure, or sit back on your heels to rest? The timer resets. You must be a statue.
๐ Mistress Lexieโs Advice
The floor is your friend. Embrace the hardness of it. Let it press into your skin and leave marks. Those red spots on your knees? Those are badges of honor.
When the urge to move becomes unbearable, close your eyes and focus on your voice. Listen to the words you are saying. Believe them. If you truly believe that you belong on the floor, the pain stops bothering you, it just feels like home.
Down you go. Clock is ticking.
