A training journal is your tool to document this transition. It forces you to face your inadequacies on paper and turn your jealousy into pure worship.
Why You Need a Journal
You canโt just jump into the deep end. You have to train your brain to enjoy the humiliation. Writing it down makes it real.
- Confronting Reality: When you write, “I am too small/weak to satisfy her,” it hurts. But after a while, that hurt turns into a rush.
- Tracking Denial: If you are locked in chastity (which you should be), the journal tracks your desperation.
- Scripting the Scene: It helps you visualize the specific things you want to see happen to your partner.
3 Essential Journal Prompts
Grab a notebook. This is now your “Cuck Diary.” Here are the first three pages you need to write.
1. The “Bull” Comparison Draw a line down the middle of the page.
- Left Side (You): List your flaws. Be honest. Are you too soft? Too feminine? Is your stamina low?
- Right Side (The Bull): Describe the man your partner truly deserves. How big is he? How confident is he? Does he take what he wants?
- The Goal: Look at the difference. Realize that you belong on the left, and she belongs with the right.
2. The Fantasy Confession Write a detailed story where you watch your partner with another man.
- The Catch: You are not allowed to join in. You are only allowed to watch from a chair in the corner or peep through the door.
- Focus on Details: Donโt just write about the sex. Write about how happy she looks. Write about the noises she makes that she never makes for you.
3. The “Thank You” Note Draft a letter to your future replacement.
- Thank him for taking over the job you couldn’t handle.
- Thank him for keeping your Queen/Mistress satisfied.
- Sign it as “Her Servant” or “The Cuckold.”
Daily Training Habits
Being a cuckold is a 24/7 mindset.
- Bed Prep: Before she goes to sleep, fix the pillows and smooth the sheets. Even if you aren’t sleeping in the bed (maybe you’re on the floor), make sure her nest is perfect.
