Baby Girl Sissy Tasks: Embrace Your Inner Little
Being an adult is hard work. You have bills, jobs, and stress. Being a Baby Girl is easy.
The “Baby Girl” fantasy is about pure regression. It is about taking all that masculine weight off your shoulders and becoming small, soft, and adorable. In this headspace, you don’t need to think; you just need to look cute and play.

If you are ready to trade your briefcase for a teddy bear, here is how to start your regression training.
The “Little” Look
You canโt feel small if you are dressed like a grown man. You need clothes that make you feel tiny.
- The Onesie: This is the uniform. Whether itโs a full adult baby diaper suit or just a cute bodysuit with snaps at the crotch, the sensation of being “snapped in” is essential.
- Oversized Tees: If you don’t have a onesie, wear a t-shirt that is 2 sizes too big. When the sleeves go past your hands and the hem hits your knees, you naturally feel smaller.
- The Pacifier: Itโs not just a prop. It stops you from talking. When the pacifier is in, your “adult voice” is turned off.
3 Tasks to Drop into “Little Space”
1. Floor Time (Perspective Shift) Adults sit on chairs. Babies sit on the floor.
- The Task: Take your activity (coloring book, phone, or toy) and sit on the carpet. Spread your legs out or sit crisscross.
- The Feeling: Looking up at the furniture makes the room feel bigger and makes you feel smaller. Stay there for at least 30 minutes.
2. The Sippy Cup Rule Adults drink from open glasses. Babies spill, so they need lids.
- The Task: Fill a sippy cup or a baby bottle with your favorite juice or chocolate milk.
- The Rule: For the next hour, you can only drink from this. Sucking on the spout is soothing and instantly calms the brain.
3. Coloring Inside the Lines This tests your patience and focus.
- The Task: Print out a simple coloring page (Disney princesses or cute animals).
- The Rule: You must color the whole picture. If you go outside the lines, you have been a “clumsy girl” and you need a time-out (sitting in the corner for 5 minutes).
Vocabulary: Speaking Like a Baby
When the pacifier comes out, you shouldn’t sound like a deep-voiced man.
- Soft Voice: Pitch your voice up a little. Whisper.
- The Magic Words: Baby girls are polite. Use “Please” and “Thank You” for everything.
- Names: Refer to yourself in the third person. Instead of “I am hungry,” try “Baby is hungry.” It sounds silly at first, but it separates you from your male identity.
๐งธ Your Task for Today

The “Nap Time” Reset.
This is the best part of being a baby.
- Put on your comfiest sissy pajamas or diaper.
- Grab your favorite stuffed animal. (If you don’t have one, use a pillow and hug it tight).
- Lie down in bed in the middle of the day.
- Set a timer for 20 minutes.
You are not allowed to look at your phone. You are not allowed to worry about work. You just curl up into a ball, suck your thumb or pacifier, and rest. Let the world spin without you for a bit.
