Dollification Training: Becoming Plastic & Perfect
Human beings are messy. They have feelings, they get stressed, and they have flaws. Dolls are perfect.
The “Dollification” fantasy is about stripping away your humanity until all that is left is a beautiful, empty shell. Itโs about becoming an object to be looked at, played with, and put on a shelf. You donโt need to think; you just need to sparkle.

If you want to transition from a sissy to a Living Doll, you need to embrace the plastic life.
The Plastic Look: Smooth & Synthetic
A doll doesn’t have body hair. A doll doesn’t have rough skin. To achieve the doll look, you need to focus on texture.
- Total Hair Removal: This is step one. Legs, chest, arms, face. You need to be as smooth as plastic. If you rub your legs together and feel friction, you aren’t done shaving.
- The Glaze: Dolls shine. Use baby oil or high-gloss lotion on your legs and shoulders. You want to look like you just came out of the factory box.
- The Face: Doll makeup is different from regular makeup.
- Eyes: Big and wide. Use white eyeliner on the waterline to make them look open and unblinking.
- Lips: Pouty and glossy. Think “blow-up doll” shapes.
- Expression: Frozen. Practice a slight, vacant smile in the mirror.
The Doll Mindset: Empty Head
The best part about being a doll is that you don’t have to worry about anything.
- Brain Off: When you are in “Doll Mode,” stop your internal monologue. If a thought comes into your head, push it away. Focus on a blank buzzing sound.
- Staring: Humans look at things. Dolls look through things. Pick a spot on the wall and stare at it without focusing. Blink as little as possible.
- Silence: Dolls donโt speak unless someone pulls their string. If you are roleplaying with a partner, do not talk. Just giggle or nod.
“Mannequin Mode” (The Physical Challenge)
Dolls are stiff. They donโt slouch on the couch.
- Joints: Move like your joints are hinged. When you move your arm, do it in a smooth, mechanical motion, then freeze.
- The Pose: Whenever you stop moving, strike a pose. Tilt your head. Point your toe. Arch your back. You should always look like you are ready for a photo shoot.
- Being Moved: If a partner moves your arm, let it stay there. Do not resist, and do not help. You are made of plastic. You hold the position you are put in.
๐ Your Task for Today

The 5-Minute Freeze.
- Get dressed in your shiniest outfit (or just lingerie).
- Stand in front of a full-length mirror.
- Get into a “Doll Pose.” One hand on hip, one hand near your face, one leg bent.
- Freeze.
- Hold that pose for 5 minutes. Do not scratch an itch. Do not shift your weight. Keep your eyes wide and your smile frozen.
If you start to tremble, thatโs good. Thatโs the feeling of your human body fighting the plastic perfection. Ignore it. Be the doll.
