Sissy Maid Training Schedule: Your Daily Routine of Service
So, you want to be a French Maid? Itโs not just about looking cute in a short skirt and a white apron (although that is definitely a huge part of it).
True sissy maid training is about discipline. Itโs about learning to serve, keeping things spotless, and knowing your place in the household. Whether you are serving a real-life Domme or just practicing for your future owner, a schedule keeps you focused.

When you are in the uniform, you are not a man. You are the help. Letโs get you to work.
The Uniform Standard
Before you pick up a feather duster, you have to look the part. You canโt feel like a maid in sweatpants.
- The Dress: Short, black, sissy satin or PVC.
- The Apron: Crisp white. This is your symbol of work.
- The Headpiece: A maid headband is mandatory.
- Underneath: White lace panties and stockings. No trousers allowed.
- Footwear: Heels are preferred, but if you have heavy scrubbing to do, cute ballet flats are acceptable.
The Daily Roster (Level 1 Training)
This is a beginner schedule to get you used to the mindset of constant service. You can adjust the times, but do not skip the tasks.
08:00 AM – The Morning Prep
- Shave face and legs. A hairy maid is a bad maid.
- Apply lotion so your skin is soft.
- Dress in full uniform. Check yourself in the mirror: do you look obedient?
09:00 AM – Light Dusting & Inspection
- Dust all surfaces in the living room and bedroom.
- Fantasy Rule: Imagine your Mistress is watching you bend over to dust the lower shelves. Keep your posture feminine. Arch your back.
12:00 PM – The “Lunch” Break
- Maids eat last and maids eat light.
- Sit politely with your knees together while you have a small snack. No gobbling food like a guy.
02:00 PM – Deep Cleaning (The Sweat)
- This is where the cute fantasy meets hard work.
- Scrub the bathroom or vacuum the whole house.
- If you aren’t sweating a little bit in your dress, you aren’t working hard enough.
06:00 PM – Evening Service
- Prepare the evening meal (or order it) for the “Head of the Household.”
- If you are solo, set the table perfectly as if you were serving a Queen. Practice pouring water without spilling a drop.
09:00 PM – Uniform Down
- Carefully fold your apron and dress. A maid respects her uniform.
3 Rules of Conduct
While you are on the clock, these rules apply to your behavior:
- Silence is Golden: Maids are seen, not heard. Don’t speak unless spoken to.
- The Curtsy: Practice a small curtsy every time you enter a room. Yes, even if you are alone. It trains your muscle memory.
- Hands Behind Back: When you aren’t cleaning, stand against the wall with your hands crossed behind your back and head bowed. Wait for orders.
Your Task for Today

The Baseboard Challenge. Put on your outfit (or at least your panties and an apron). Take a damp cloth. Go to the hallway. Get on your hands and knees. Clean the baseboards (the wood trim at the bottom of the wall) for 10 minutes.
Focus on how it feels to be on your knees cleaning while wearing something pretty. That feeling? Thatโs the Maid Mindset.
