Get Your Ears Pierced
There is no excuse for a sissy not to have her ears pierced. It is perfectly acceptable for men to have pierced ears in today’s society, even if they present as male. If you are serious about your sissification journey – as you should be if you’re following this training guide – then simply go and get it done.
Under no circumstances should you have your ears pierced at the mall with an ear piercing gun. Instead, opt for a specialized hollow piercing needle which creates a clean, circular hole by removing a small section of ear tissue.
For those who do not want to spend money on a professional piercing studio, it is possible to do it yourself at home. Sterilized 16 gauge piercing needles and stainless steel studs can be purchased online. I prefer using a 16 gauge needle so that there is enough room for various earring sizes in the future.
There is a common belief that only a professional should handle piercings, but this is not entirely true. It does not require advanced skills, and I have proof in the form of a YouTube video:
The one thing she doesn’t do in the video – which I always do – is use a piercing stud that fits into the needle. After passing the needle through the ear, simply place the stud into the hollow end and push it through in one smooth motion.
This method prevents the hole from closing before you can insert the earring.
The biggest mistake people make during aftercare is constantly playing with their studs: twisting and fiddling with them. Aside from cleaning them daily with rubbing alcohol or hydrogen peroxide, just leave them be and allow them to heal.

Then, make sure to keep them neatly filed and shaped. To complete the look, apply a clear, matte polish. Your nails should be well-maintained and feminine, just like any “genetic girl” out there. By keeping the ends smooth and even, you can avoid snagging your nylon stockings when pulling them up over your freshly shaved legs.
Begin Growing Your Hair
If you have a decent amount of hair on your head, it’s time to let it grow out. Just like with pierced ears and shaving, there are plenty of guys who proudly rock long locks—so why not join them? Sissy Poise, Presence and Comportment
While it’s important for sissies to focus on makeup and fashion, it’s equally crucial to learn how to move and behave in a feminine way. Women have a distinct grace and fluidity in their movements, whether they’re doing mundane tasks like washing dishes or simply walking down the street.
Peeing
Going to the bathroom could just as well been put under conditioning as sitting to pee will make you feel like a girl. Might as well get used to it. So start making it a habit to pull down your panties and pee in the gender-appropriate fashion.
When you have yourself looking good enough to venture out in public, you will be using the women’s restroom and you will definitely have to sit to pee in there.
Eating
It may have already caught your attention that women have a different way of eating compared to men. They take their time and eat with delicate movements, savoring each bite.
Their portions are typically smaller, unlike the large, pig-like helpings that some men may prefer. Women also use their teeth to gently remove food from their utensils, keeping their lipstick intact for longer.
Another distinctive trait is their slow pace of eating, taking small bites and chewing them for an extended period. Women also tend to place their utensils back on the table in between bites, consciously slowing down the process even more.
When handling utensils, ladies possess a refined technique of holding them lightly, never in a rough or “cave-man-like” grip. And when it comes to drinking, women usually hold the glass or cup with only their thumb and first two fingers, while gracefully keeping the last two fingers slightly flared away from the glass.
Sitting
Proper sitting posture is a dead-give-away as to your gender. Sissies should always enter the sitting position with a straight back—then keep it straight-as-a-board while sitting.
If you’re wearing a skirt or dress, then you want to lightly spread your dress out under your ass before settling into the seat of the chair or couch. This helps to keep wrinkles from forming in the material.
While in the sitting position, your legs should be either crossed or angled off to one side with the knees together. Never, never, ever, sit with your legs open—even while wearing jeans—or with one ankle crossed over the knee like a man.

Standing
The feminine form is all about proper posture. Girls stand with their shoulders pulled back, the pelvis tilted slightly forward and the legs straight. This naturally pushes your breasts out, showing them off in a not-so-subtle manner.
Your arms can be left lightly dangling at your sides, palms facing forward. One hand can be placed on the hip—but never both! It’s also permissible to lightly fold your arms together in front of you.
The feet should be positioned with one foot slightly forward, placed at a 45 degree angle. Standing with both legs wide apart is considered a dominate stance and never appropriate for a sissy.
Bending Down
Proper technique is necessary when bending down or squatting to pick up an item or examine something at a lower level. One should never bend at the waist, as that is a sign of weakness. While it may be tempting to do so, especially while wearing heels, it is not the graceful way to perform such actions.
Just like sitting, bending should be done with a straight back and head held high. A quick glance downwards with the eyes can allow you to see what you are picking up without compromising your posture.
Walking in Heels
To walk in a feminine manner, start by standing with your shoulders back and your pelvis tilted slightly forward. If you want to truly embody femininity, aim to wear high heels 90% of the time.
Once you have perfected the proper stance, take small steps while walking in a straight line, placing one foot directly in front of the other. Place your heel on the ground first, followed by the ball of your foot in a controlled and deliberate motion.
As the front leg takes a step, it should be completely straight with the knee locked. The elbows should rest lightly at the sides while the forearms sway gently back and forth, palms facing slightly outwards. Maintain a confident gaze ahead, rather than looking down at your feet.

Females possess a fluid grace that is the opposite of masculine. Observe how women confidently carry themselves while sitting, standing, bending down, or walking. It should become a goal to learn and embody this graceful feminine demeanor.

Female Body Differences
Recognizing the physical differences between females and males is crucial in understanding the process of feminization. Typically, women have wider hips and a smaller waist, giving them the desired hourglass shape. Additionally, their shoulders are narrower, providing a more delicate appearance. When it comes to facial features, women usually have minimal facial hair to manage.
They also tend to have a smaller head, a narrower jawline and chin, and less pronounced brow bones. These masculine characteristics can be effectively minimized through expert makeup application.

Measure Up
It’s important for a sissy to establish a body benchmark so as to track her feminine refinement progress. Obtain a cloth or fabric tape measure and record:
- neck
- chest
- underbust (necessary for bra sizing)
- waist
- hips
- left and right thighs (separate measurements)
- calves
- upper arms
You will want to re-measure every couple of months so as to track your progress. As you lose weight while working out your booty in the quest for that beautiful bubble-butt-of-your-dreams, those measurements will be changing in the proper direction.
More Panties
Once you have determined your preferred size and style of underwear, it is necessary to purchase at least seven pairs – one for each day of the week. From now on, panties will be a daily essential and must also be worn to bed every night.

Bra and Breast Forms
It’s also time to buy your first bra. Like panties, purchase just one at first so that you can dial-in your proper size and preferred style. Be aware that lingerie companies size their bras differently. One size from one brand does not necessarily mean it will fit the same as another brand.

Not too-many things will make you feel more feminine than a set of silicone breast forms. Although these do not need to be expensive, buying the best quality that you can afford is being sissy-smart.
Newer, less experienced sissies tend to over-do things in the size department. In reality, a ‘B’ cup is usually plenty big enough. Tits tend to look bigger under a tight fitting sweater or blouse.
Anyway, buy your bra, then get appropriately sized forms to fill it out. For me, a set of breast forms were the best girly thing that I ever bought—and that’s coming from a high heel fetishist.
Padded Butt and/or Hip Enhancers
One hindrance to your sissification process will be the inability to make your hips wider through diet and exercises. Your butt is an exception, but it will take a metric-ton of work to turn it into a bad-ass-booty.

If you want to enhance your femininity, it’s crucial to focus on improving your physical appearance. This means incorporating exercise into your routine.
And why not do it in a sissy-style? Simply grab a pair of sleek workout tights and a supportive sports bra to make you feel ultra-feminine while shaping your figure into a more feminine silhouette.
Yoga
You can use your newly acquired workout clothes to do yoga. Practicing yoga will take your femininity to a new level. You’ll become more flexible—like a girl is—and learn to move more gracefully.

Yes, it might hurt a little but… beauty is a bitch. Always tweeze from below. You’re going for a high-arching brow, which means that you want to leave the upper hairs while removing the lower ones.
